.NET Developer - Contract - 3 months
My client is a large financial services company looking to bring on a .NET developer for an initial 3 months to help with a modernisation of a network discovery tool.
You'll need to be a strong C# .NET Dev with knowledge of Network protocols and coding at a network protocol level to do this job.
Rate: £500/day
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
IR35: Inside (must work via Umbrella)
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience building applications using C# code.
- Understanding of best practices for building applications with peak performance and reliability.
- Experience using .NET framework, Object Oriented programming
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C# and C# libraries.
- Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework and Microsoft SQL.
- Habit of writing clean C# code that is easy to read.
- Experience building scalable applications using fundamental design principles.
- Answer how to technical and application configuration questions.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
- Experience of network security & coding at a network protocol level.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise level network & other technologies & tools.
- Good general knowledge of TCP/IP Networking & troubleshooting (Subnetting, Routing, NAT/SNAT etc).
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experince with MS SQL
- Coding experience of using SNMP
