A governtment client is looking for multiple Java Developers to join a greenfield project.
Remote for now, will be based in the City of London 2 days a week post Covid.

Technical Skills
- Solid architecture and code design
- Solid Enterprise API design
- Hands - on top experience in code delivery with quality throughput
- Good Automated Test writing >= TDD/BDD
- Best practices in Java/Kafka within micro-services architecture
- Solid software development life cycle experience
- Scalability, low- latency, bandwidth optimisations, data criticality
- Git worfklows >= PR reviewing, pair programming, helping out with best pratices
- Agile processes (Scrum, Jira, User stories writing)
- XP practices: code reviews, pair programming, simple designs, test writing
- Preventing Tech debt in a requirements change environment (discovery)
