We are currently representing one of our main Salesforce Platinum Partners and digital e-commerce integrators, who are actively searching for x5 SFCC B2C Back End Developers, to support on an array of large SFRA build, upgrade, migration, replatforming, support and maintenance projects for some of the most renowned retailers and luxury brands currently on SFCC/ Demandware infrastructure code. This engagement is for the next 12 months with intention for extension through performance, offering a very competitive rate and 100% remote working style!
CONTEXT AND YOUR ROLE ON THE PROJECTS
- One of the leading e-commerce integrators is looking to hire x5 SFCC Back End Developers, who will be tested technically and then placed first on projects that suit their needs and where their development skill best lie.
- As the SFCC Back End Developer you will be part of high performance driven backend development team responsible for building enterprise-level ecommerce platform solutions (client and server-side JS)
- Daily meeting participation and brainstorming activities.
- Collaboration with other teams such as; frontend and QA etc.
- Writing technical documentation and provide development improvement recommendations to the Team Lead.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years experience in web development
- Minimum 2 years with SFCC
- Experience working on complex software projects
- Knowledge of JavaScript and OOP
- JSON, CSV, XML files formats - good understanding
- Integration experience through REST or SOAP
- Performance optimization and complex features and integrations experience - nice to have
- Knowledge of gulp/ webpack or release management experience - nice to have
- English intermediate speaking
