Location: PolandExperience: 5+ years
Requirement:
• Must have experience of z/OS mainframe systems programming. This is essential to the role
• Must have a very good knowledge of MQ Series
• Must have knowledge of z/OS, TSO/ISPF, USS, SDSF, JCL
• Must have knowledge of Linux and the required user interface and tools
• Must have good problem determination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Responsibilities:
• Liaise both with the European/Global Middleware teams and the Software Development Groups to support the MQ Queue Manager and ITP Servers in Germany
• Administrate MQ Servers based on Change Requests
• Fix operational issues based on Incident Records
• Provide performance metrics and statistics for MQ Series Infrastructure and usage
• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure new MQ Series solutions are well planned and understood to support our production services
• Support decentral administration tools to support the MQ Infrastructure (MO71, MQGem)
Contract length: 6 months
