Overall responsibilities
• Help inform the strategy and execution of projects/initiatives that identify, design, & deliver optimal experiences at meaningful touch points throughout the customer journey to enhance relationships and differentiate Pfizer.
• Leverage customer feedback/information and collaborate with subject matter experts and agile teams to drive experience and process transformation
• Provide industry trends relevant to customer-facing technology and provide expertise as well as guidance to management on best practices
• Work with internal technology, digital, and operations teams at Pfizer to position and promote customer-focused innovation at all touch points

• Experience in pharmaceutical sector
• Agile learning and working practices
• Fluent in English and German
