Stott and May are working with a leading employment program company who are looking for a passionate Data Analyst instructor to support approximately 25 students whom have been marginalised or made redundant due to COVID- 19.

Instructors will be expected to deliver a 10- week data analyst program on a full time basis that will be able to equip the learners with the behavioural skills, mindsets and technical skill to become a successful junior analyst.

Whilst working with this company, instructors will be collaborating with other program mentors and other staff within the business to ensure the participant success rate is kept high, whilst any potential risks are mitigated. During the 10 week course, it will be expected that instructors will naturally build relationships with participants and gain a good understanding of their personal strengths and challenges - all in the hope to achieve the overall goal of setting up students with the best chance at new entry-level hires.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience in computer science, Data science or related field

-2 year's experience teaching or coaching in an educational or corporate setting

-Experience building data pipelines

-Proficiency in structuring code using object orientation and structuring data using encoding

-Familiarity with the following tools: Python, Py Tests, SQL, Apache Spark, ETL, Cloud tools: azure, Google & AWS, Data lakes, snowflake, Apache Airflow
