Are you a UX/UI Digital Product Designer with experience in change in mind?
This is a full time contract role for a three month period inside ir35.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI product designer to make and develop a customer focussed app. This company is a much loved and traditional brand with a strong traditional bakery heritage. They need someone who has proven experience to help design and implement a customer focussed app.
The role
You will need to have proven experience in customer apps and designing and collaborating on user research to inform UX/UI work on Mobile (Apple iOS and Android), Web and CRM products. You will also be responsible for working as a team and support agencies to ensure that all creative and campaign work is aligned with the design of our digital products - delighting our customers and delivering to Greggs overall commercial objectives.
Who you'll be
- You will have proven experience in UX/UI designing for mobile apps, websites and CRM activity
- Experience of working in a similar role in a consumer-facing digital product team, ideally within a major retailer or consumer facing FMCG business.
- Have significant experience designing award winning digital work for desktop, tablet and mobile
- Have a detailed knowledge of UX and User-Centred Design practices and the proven ability to use the appropriate methods and tools to create usable and delightful experiences. Experience in Front End development using the latest technologies.
- Has a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving skills and design excellence.
- Has a solid understanding of Google Analytics, AB testing tools and User Research best practices?
- Understands accessibility best practices.
- Is skilled in the use of various software tools, such as Adobe CC, InVision, Sketch etc.
- Has a keen eye for detail - you're a bit of a pixel perfectionist.
- Has experience working in an agile environment.
