Description
Senior Software Engineer (Java Python Developer Software Engineer Programmer AWS GCP Azure Cloud Trading Buy Side Asset Manager Investment Management Funds of Funds Mutual Funds) required by our asset management client in London.
You MUST have the following:
- Advanced level Java or Python software engineer, developer or programmer experience
- Experience building cloud based microservices, either on AWS, GCP or Azure
- Strong experience within a trading environment
- Agile
The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:
- Experience on the buy-side
- Knowledge of funds of funds or mutual funds
- Knowledge of derivatives
Role: Senior Software Engineer (Java Python Developer Software Engineer Programmer AWS GCP Azure Cloud Trading Buy Side Asset Manager Investment Management Funds of Funds Mutual Funds) required by our asset management client in London. You will join a technology department that is dedicated to multi-asset technology. You will be largely project based, delivering tools to mutual funds and funds of funds. These tools will include portfolio summary tools, allocation of investments analytics and automated reporting. You will either be a Java developer or a Python developer that is happy to code in Java. You will be creating AWS, cloud-based Java microservices. This is a full-stack developer role that will encompass business analysis, development, testing and DevOps.
