Job Description:-Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects
To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects
Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Managment, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits)
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience
Hands-on experience in Fusion cloud Payroll module, Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts.
Should have minimum 10+ years of experience on end-to-end fusion implementation projects
Having Certification on any Oracle Technology is an added advantage
Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory
What is the remote/onsite split?: Remote 100%
Is German proficiency required?: Yes, fluent
