Java Angular Developer
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services requires a Java Angular Developer to be based in their client's office in London.
You may work remotely until covid abates and then you will be required to work from the London office at least 2-3 days per week initially.
This is a 12- month temporary contract to start on 01st Feb 2022.
Key Responsibilities
- This Java Lead position is to extend our strategic firm wide application development suit.
- This includes core engineering work to integrate various applications to central Firmwide Data Catalog.
- The candidate will be involved in the entire development life cycle from system definition to deployment.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player with a developer acumen towards solving engineering problems.
- Key responsibilities of this role are developing several integrations with systems having varied architecture.
- Design and build Server Side components to support business requirements participation in design and code reviews. Knowledge sharing with our global team
Key Requirements
- 8+ Years' experience as a Java Developer.
- Java Backend Development
- Spring boot Microservices
- Angular UI Development
- CI CD tools
- RESTful Web services.
- Knowledge in Capital Market & Data Mgmt.
- Strong expertise with demonstratable work history of designing and developing modern web applications in Angular strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, Strong communicator, Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, build tooling desired Skills, previous IB background.
- You will primarily as a Java 8+ Developer as part of a collaborative agile development team.
- You will work on a modern micro service-based Java 8+ platform which runs on own internal cloud
- you will be responsible for continuously improving the quality of our system & codebase including code reviews & refactoring where necessary.
- Expertise in Back End skill Java, Spring frameworks, Knowledge of ngrx or similar.
- Experience of Server Side development using Node.
- Experience with designing RESTful Web Services/microservices
