CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking an experienced SAP Identity Management Specialist, with specific exposure to SAP IDM 8.0, to work with a leading consultancy organisation in the sector.
Working as part of the SAP Technical team, the IDM Specialist will primarily support the design and build of the new SAP Landing Zone project. This Project see the implementation of Landing Zone which is a strategic objective for our main client given it will support remote working and the extension of the 'mobile workforce'. The Landing Zone will consist of a number of key software elements, both 'on premise' solutions and SaaS, which include Single Sign-On (SSO), SAP Identity Management (IDM), SAP Cloud Platform Services, (SCP), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
Role & Responsibilities
*Provide technical support for changes in business strategy as related to the SAP Landing Zone.
*Prevent incidents from spreading across SAP Landing Zone. systems
*Reduce occurrence of incidents through proactive analysis
*Help to minimise the consequences of service interruptions
*Plan/size for new application releases/upgrades in relation to SAP Landing Zone.
*Troubleshooting for end-to-end performance improvements of SAP Landing Zone.
*Lend project support and implement management procedures for technical implementations
*Handle customers' technical concerns and skilfully negotiate closure
Required Technical Experience
*At least 2 successful full life cycle IDM implementations.
*Knowledge of Single-Sign-on across an enterprise landscape.
*Understanding of IDM Business Roles concept
*Understanding of Single Sign-on (SSO) and Federated Identity authentication logic
*Knowledge of User provisioning.
*Knowledge of enterprise-level applications
*Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
*Strong customer service orientation
*Authentication & Single Singe On (SSO)
*Access Control, IPS, IAS
*Identity Management (IDM) 8.0, Specifically IDM Dynamic Roles
*Authorization and Role Management
*Identity Provisioning Service (IDP) via SAP Cloud Platform (SCP),
*Identity Authentication Service (IAS) via SAP Cloud Platform (SCP)
