Working for a leading financial organisation located in the City of London with hybrid working options. You will join as a skilled Lead Full stack .NET Developer with good experience using Angular and deploying on Azure, as well as current / previous experience working in an agile environment following TDD.The role sits within commodities and electronic trading - one of my clients most high performing, collaborative squads, - so experience in financial services / banking / business knowledge is desirable but not essential.
On a day to day basis, you'll be providing technical leadership to a team of around 8 with a focus on ensuring the application is built to mirror best practice. You'll have the opportunity to partake in some mentoring of more junior developers, however there will be no line management.
You'll have the opportunity to deliver Angular and .NET Solutions to contribute to commodity initiatives. You will also be involved in the relocation of existing and new services into Cloud based Micro-service solutions.
Experience with Cloud based architectures and containers would be nice to have.
You will also have had experience working with ;
- Being a proven Lead with mentoring experience (emotional intelligence / communication)
C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, Angular (emphasis on TDD)
6 month contract with extensions highly likely - my client is looking for longevity
