Description
The purpose of this role is to provide a suitable balance between automated and manual QA across web and app-based products.

Tasks and responsibilities
- You’ll be working in a cross-functional team to build automated tests to verify the quality of features deployed.
- Engage with product and engineering teams to deliver E2E tests to ensure all requirements for features have been fully tested and accepted by the stakeholders prior to deployment.
- Thinking from an end user approaching our product despite using the clients’ products every day.
- Being an active contributor to both manual testing and automation
- Knowing where to focus attention, what areas to probe, what questions to ask to ensure everyone on the team is thinking clearly and thoroughly delivering quality and customer obsession.

Required Skillset
- Strong automation experience (including Cypress)
- Experience working with JavaScript
- Involved in exploratory testing and manual testing for both front end and apps (React Native /Native)
- Able to use BDD approach (for example, Cucumber) to write well defined test scripts and scenarios
- Experience with JIRA
- Knowledge of general best practice approach to automated testing
Desirable skill set:
- Appium experience
- Background in training and upskilling the QA team to become Automation specialists
