Description
Senior Backend EngineerI am currently working with an IIoT client who is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help in the development of their globally distributed Backend infrastructure. They are currently working on an infrastructure that is built with state-of-the-art components without any old grown systems. As this is a start-up company, they are looking for someone who would also be able to come in and bring their own ideas and knowledge to the table to help support growth in the business.
Required:
- You have at least basics knowledge of Docker.
- Proven knowledge in the Rust.
- Experience in working with NoSQL Databases like Key-Value stores.
- You have experience in creating non-relational database layouts.
- You have previously built REST APIs and understand the concepts behind REST.
- Have been involved in the development process of such an infrastructure and you know the concepts of a microservice infrastructure.
Nice to have:
- Previously worked with Kubernetes and know the basics
- Experience in using the Aerospike
- Basic Frontend knowledge to make minor changes on dashboards yourself
- You have been working on highly distributed stateless systems
- You have worked with Apache Kafka and understand the concepts behind it
