Job Description:
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
• Minimum 6+ Years of experience in Drupal development with minimum 1 year of hands on Drupal 8 experience.
• Good foundation of Drupal 8 and Drupal 9 core modules and contributed modules
• Hands-on experience to develop, maintain and customize Drupal based websites and applications, including the development of Drupal components, themes and plugins based on functional requirements
• Proficiency in web technologies e.g. PHP, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience in Source Code control systems (i.e. Git) to maintain version control and branching
• Proven knowledge on Site Optimization and performance
• Strong agile/scrum development experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams
• Good experience in Unit testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Programming Languages: PHP, jQuery, AJAX
• Data Bases: Any RDBMS
Good-to-Have
Experience in handling complex projects involving multiple modules, API integrations.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Good Delivery experience in Agile process and developing code and related artifacts.
Experienced in working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Should have worked in Drupal 8/9 applications
Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture.
Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Write high-performance, reusable code
Experience with testing frameworks
Good logical and analytical skills & Strong communication skills.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
