Technical Lead - Microservices (Remote)
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services requires Technical Lead - Microservices based remotely in UK.
This is a 12-month temporary contract (6-month rolling) to start on 1st June 2022.
Day rate: Competitive market rate
We are looking for a Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Microservices who can liaise with the business stakeholders to elicit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the business stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Build the Low-level design to transform the existing monolithic architecture to microservices for the customer via the 12-factor methodology.
- Design the API as per Open API guidelines for the client.
- Configure the monitoring mechanism for microservices using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Leverage the Checkmarx and OWASP dependency analyzer to perform code quality checks and identify any potential security vulnerabilities respectively.
- Developing low level design documents, researching and evaluating relevant technologies.
- Guide and mentor the team of senior developers
- Responsible for the quality of deliverables
- Constantly liaise with PO and the delivery lead to plan the sprint deliverables
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for all the technical collaboration with the various stakeholders
- Analyse the system issues and assist in fixing the bottlenecks.
