Description

Are you a Principal Engineer who loves guiding your team to deliver with best practice at the core of everything they do?

esynergy are working with a fast-growing payments company who are rolling out their offering internationally in partnership with one of the biggest fintech names in the market. They've got a great product, but are looking for a Principal Engineer with strong experience of Domain Driven Design to improve their technical ways of working whilst driving new tactical implementations. You'll lead the development team in adopting new DDD principles, and take on a number of technical decisions to allow the senior leadership team to focus on broader business growth. They use PHP for Back End, but the key focus is on your ways of working rather than your tech stack experience.

Technical requirements:

  • Experience at Principal/Lead Software engineer level
  • Strong knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD)
  • A love of coaching and developing those around you

About us

esynergy is a technology consultancy and we build products, platforms and services to accelerate value for our clients.

We drive measurable impact that is tightly aligned to our clients' business objectives. Put in practice that means high transparency, metric-driven reporting, and incremental handovers and a consistent focus on building our clients' capability.

Our delivery teams are small and highly functional, formed by a vetted ecosystem of associates, luminaries and partners. We choose technologies that are the right fit for our clients' needs and are not opinionated around specific tech stacks and service offerings.

Due to client requirements, the successful candidate must live and work in the UK.
