Java Developer React Multi-threading contract
9 month contract £800.00 per day inside IR35
Full Stack Java Developer, Multi-threading, React, Microservices
Our client's development team is working on modernising the trading platform using React, Micro services, AWS technical stack and maintaining the current trading platform. We need a senior-level full stack developer who has worked on applications which are built on React/Redux and microservices.
The role:
Develop new functionality and maintain the company's trading platform.
Initiatives include product enhancements and new workflows for trading, and Front End as well as Back End development.
Perform above duties utilizing React, AG Grid, Redux, REST, Websockets, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Gradle, Redis.
Improve the scale and performance of the growing system
Present technical designs of work performed to the various groups (including Development, QA, BA and the business)
Knowledge/Experience
Experience of enterprise applications with Java development stack.
Excellent Web development skills using HTML5, JavaScript, React, Redux, NPM, REST, Websockets.
Implementation experience in Application Server clustering, performance tuning and scalability testing to support high throughput, moderate latency, high availability systems.
Experience including analysis, design, coding, and implementation of large-scale custom-built object-oriented applications.
Strong OO design knowledge, including extensive design patterns knowledge.
Excellent Core Java skills, Enterprise RDBMS (ideally PostgreSQL).
Experience with container-based event-driven micro services architecture using ECS, Spring Boot, and REST API.
Extensive experience in multi-threaded programming.
Experience working in Agile Environment.
Knowledge of AWS, deployment of services and Kafka is preferable.
