Angular React Commodities Electronic Trading Client Developer - Investment Banking

The Role and Responsibilities:-
The successful candidate will join the London-based Commodities Electronic Trading Development Team as a client-side developer on the externally facing Commodities Derivatives trading platform. We have a portfolio of projects covering enhancements to pre-trade pricing, hedging, booking and regulatory services and screens, as well as technical enhancements to reduce system complexity and increase scalability, performance and resilience.
- To design and develop key pieces of functionality for the Commodities Electronic Trading Platform
- Ensure stability of the platform by ensuring releases are suitably tested and impacts are considered.
- Ensure supportability of solutions including support documentation and logging/status tools for the support team.
- Follow the team procedures for release control, code review, deployment, source code management and architectural governance.
Banking not required - just very good Front End development skills
This is a long-term project and you could expect to be there 5 years at least.
