Job Title: Java Developer | Spring/Spring Boot
Location: Remote/London - 1 x per week
Salary/Rate: £580 Per Day - Inside IR35
Start Date:
Job Type: Contract

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Java Developer to join their team for a 12 month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining Java-based applications.
  • Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle.
  • Writing testable, scalable and efficient code.
  • Test and debug new applications and updates.
  • Maintain up to date code documentation.
  • Participating in code reviews.

    • Required Skills/Experience
    The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Java 8 application development
  • Spring & Spring Boot
  • Strong Microservices experience

    • Desirable Skills/Experience
    Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

  • Cloud experience (PCF and or GCP) OR AWS Cloud
