Description
Dev Ops/Core Engineer required for project within large organisation.
Responsible for the strategic large scale, multi-tenanted Kubernetes platform central to key propositions running on a global scale, will need prior experience of Kubernetes/containerisation technologies, previous project experience in building infrastructure.
You will have a test driven, software defined approach to Platform as a Service, you will be involved in the full life cycle of evolving ideas into running solutions.
You will be using a wide range of cutting-edge technologies including opportunities to contribute directly to open source, while playing a key role in defining group wide strategy influencing both the business and technology.
A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals with a strong background in either software engineering, site reliability engineering, or security, a methodical approach to design, problem solving, troubleshooting and implementation.
Prior Experience with containerisation technologies - preferably docker and Kubernetes with a willingness to learn new technologies and concepts outside current experience would be most beneficial for this role.
