IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer
Working within the Training team and as part of the wider Technology department, the IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer will provide training to all employees and will report into the Head of Technology Operations. The IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer will be based in the London office with the opportunity for remote working in line with the firm's Future Ways of Working policy.
The ideal IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer is likely to have extensive experience of delivering IT Training and application support within a professional services firm.
Primary Responsibilities for the IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer
- Write and implement training deliverables including manuals, Quick Reference Guides, FAQs and desk drop flyers
- Create and edit training videos using Adobe Captivate
- Deliver technology training (in person and online)
- Manage training content in SharePoint
- Liaise with the Training Team and Service Desk to identify training trends and needs
- Transitioning of projects into the BAU training portfolio
- Floor walking to provide deskside assistance
Key Skills & Qualifications for the IT Trainer/Technology Trainer/Systems Trainer
- Proven experience of delivering IT training
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft 365 is essential
- SharePoint 2019
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Experience of the full training life cycle
- Experience in creating online content and E-learning material
