Job Description:
Purpose of the Job
Analyse the input needs (external or internal) and requirements and contribute to define the project solution by re-using existing solutions (contracts context) or by proposing a new solution or adapting an existing one (project context).
Realize and maintain the project system specifications and support process descriptions and their associated verification, validation and assessments.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects.
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering activities.
Knowledge of the project domain at system level.
Expertise in requirement management and related tools.
Fluent English language.
Behavioural And Technical Skills / Competencies

Responsibilities
ICC System Engineer is in charge for:
• realizing the project system specifications (SyRS, SyAD, SyID, SyAlarms&Events, …), being able to:
• derive the project requirements from the contractual ones, refining and allocating them to the right system;
• analyse, clarify and confirm input requirements and needs;
• review and judge the suitability and completeness of the requirements set;
• identify gaps between the project requirements and the available functionalities and architecture solutions;
• deal with the Customer or the other stakeholders for complete requirement clarification;
• ensure traceability by means of the formal documentation, up to the input needs (input specifications, CR);
• write autonomously related project documentation following project templates and ensure related verifications (document reviews, peer reviews);
• contributing to the system design and specification according to the development strategy established in the System Engineering Management Plan;
• coaching other people on requirements identification, collection, apportionment, elicitation and management.;
• supporting, on request, the tender team on architecture definition and requirement analysis.
