Our client is building a ground-breaking liquid home ownership platform that enables almost anyone to own a property with a very low deposit, and enables owners to sell or release value almost instantly
The company embeds innovative, highly flexible home finance and liquidity products into the property purchasing and selling process, enabling seamless, online, end-to-end transacting.
Their team have developed a proprietary Automated Valuation Model that generates free estimates for every UK property, underpinned by sophisticated trading technology that is enabling a new generation of mortgage products that will change the way people buy, own and sell property.
The business has also developed its own asset-backed cryptocurrency.
The role:
Work with our development team on coding up/optimising algorithms used in our proprietary residential property Automated Valuation Model which is hosted on AWS and uses MySQL
Optimise the speed that valuations searches are returned, particularly as traffic scales up
Develop and optimise algorithms to categorise and analyse large libraries of images including property photos and floor plans, and apply deep learning techniques to assist with valuation metrics
The skill set:
Python, MySQL, JS
Strong track record working with very large data sets
Experience working with AWS products and services
Strong Back End experience or full-stack preferable
Machine learning experience desirable
