Description

in need of an End User Support Engineer for a long term contract for a pharmaceutical office.

Engineer needs to support:
- End User
- Ticketing Tools
- Service Manager (nice to have Service Now)
- Mobility support (iPad & iPhone environment)
- Inventory Management
- PC support (Windows environment)

Start: July
Duration: 1 year contract (plus extension to 2026)
Utilisation: full time
Location: Riga, Latvia (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Language: English must have
