JOB DESCRIPTION –
Key Responsibilities
· To manage Providers/Partners Messaging A2P/P2P RCS E2E platform validation (Coordinate, Planning, Reporting and Action Points Follow-Up) after patches / upgrades / functionalities deployments.
· UAT coordination on the definition for the platform validation.
· UAT execution after patches/upgrades for platform validation.
· Ensure that the Provider/Partner solution meets Carrier Grade requirements specified at a high level in the project (Failure Tolerance, Performance, etc.)
· Management of technical global Roadmap to consolidate and prioritize the new functionalities that each customer requires and coordinate such roadmap implementation
· Service improvement proposals and evolution of the current solution. Aligning them with internal stakeholders.
· Technical support to Problem Management role.
· Service provided 8x5, Spanish time and Madrid business calendar
· To ensure that Partner provider fulfils the commitments, will use SLAs agreed between Stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the telecom domain – preferably in A2P aggregation layer and RBM (RCS Business Messaging) network environment
· Fluent in English and Spanish speaking and written (German desirable).
· Strong knowledge of RCS protocols, SIP/MSRP/API REST/SOAP.
· Strong knowledge Operational models and processes (ITIL/eTOM certification desirable).
· Strong knowledge of RCS protocols, SIP/MSRP/API REST/SOAP
· Strong TCP/IP and Linux networking knowledge
· Able to understand End to End testing / troubleshooting of Messaging flow
· Strong understanding of IMS domain and Messaging Flow (SMS/MMS/RCS)
· Strong understanding of error A2P/P2P Messaging service response codes
· Able to effectively work with different stakeholders over conference call or face to face to understand the issue details.
· Understanding of the telecommunications landscape, specifically mobile networks, RCS, business messaging, cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
· Experience related to the following preferred: Messaging, Chatbot design, OTTs and other messaging platforms, advertising and business promotions.
· Comprehensive understanding of development project methodology
· Experience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology
· Great Communicator and Presenter
· A team player with the confidence to challenge & escalate when necessary
· Proven problem-solving ability with complex, technical and abstract concepts
· Knowledge of main European network operators (TLF, O2, VDF, ORG, T-Mobile).
