Description

Our commercial and E-commerce client with a significant and evolving technology business based in Scotland, is looking for a 2nd Line Support/Field Engineer on a contract basis. You should have experience is a similar role and be willing and able to travel to various locations (company vehicle provided). The role has been assessed as inside IR35 and the assignment rate will be negotiable depending on your experience

The successful candidate will be part of a regional team responsible for installing and fixing PCs, mobile platforms, printers and telephony systems and providing software support across a range of products.

You will have:
*Infrastructure support experience.
*Software experience including Windows, Mac OS, IOS and Android, MS Office and S4B.
*A full, clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of one year.
*An industrious and motivated approach with excellent communication skills.
*Ability to be customer-focused and deal with a wide range of people.
*Able to work effectively both on your own initiative and as part of a fast-paced team.
*Ability to resolve a variety of technical problems using your expertise and research capabilities.
*Experience of working with third party suppliers, both on-site and off.
