Our client a leading IT Solutions provider are seeking to recruit a Lead React Developer (hands on team leader) and you will bring the below skill set:
As Lead React Developer, you will guide the team on the best development practices and be involved in adding new and maintaining existing product features
The Lead React Developer will be responsible for:
- Work with fellow scrum squad developers in two-week sprints
- Create high-quality web interfaces, code, documentation, and unit tests
- Mitigates and reduces development risks
- Instil pride in the squad work
- Embrace and communicate change on a regular basis
- Engage with all people across the Scrum squad to find the best solutions
- Leverage previous experience to find efficient and effective design patterns
- Perform with a professional and ethical attitude
The Lead React Developer will have the following:
- Previous experience in developing and supporting React projects
- React Skills include JavaScript (ES6+ syntax), React Hooks, Redux, and ReactJS.
- Able to build great layouts using JSX, HTML and CSS
- Ideally some object-oriented programming knowledge and knowledge of sound design patterns
- Knowledge of consuming REST APIs and JSON in an E-commerce environment is beneficial.
- Continuous Integration
- Experience with Unit testing, UI Testing beneficial
- You collaborate with and influence people at various levels with the ability to explain concepts in a jargon-free manner that are sometimes confusing to people who may or may not be technically minded.
