Description

My banking client is looking for a Java Developer with the following:
3-8 years of experience in software engineering. Looking for a t-shaped, well-rounded and hands-on professionals who are experts in their core technologies, and are open to learning new technologies. Experience in writing code using oops concepts. Experience in any of the programming languages Java 8+(preferably) and python. Experience on building applications on unix platform and Scripting tools. Experience on datastructures and alogrithms. Experience on building applications/products on spring boot,spring rest and other associated spring frameworks like netflix oss. Look to have experience in building applications using data management like orm (hibernate, jpa),messaging(kafka) and both stand-alone and distributed caching frameworks. Experience in delivering solutions using kubernetes, containers, cloud-native components, docker.

E xperience on bigdata platforms like cloudera/databricks. Experience on Spark/flink, hadoop map/reduce, hdfs, hive/impala, sparql. GOOD to have experience in one of the agile methodologies scrum, kanban, safe, lean, mvp and coding practices like xp, pair programming. Actively practices the concepts of tdd using unit test frameworks like junit,testng, mockito, mockeasy. GOOD to have experience in devops like ansible, puppet, helm, Scripting, terraform and jenkins/hudson/build pipelines. Automating build, test, verify and deploy in ci/cd pipelines. Automating junit, integration tests in ci/cd pipelines. GOOD to have experience on static and dynamic code analysis tools like appdynamics, owasp, blackduck, veracode, fortify and etc. GOOD to have experience on any one of the cloud platforms azure(preferably), gcp, aws, pcf or openshift.
