Role: Software Engineer (full-stack developer)
Location: Cramlington
Duration: 12 months
As a Software Engineer (Contract full-stack developer), you will be responsible for:
Developing high performance, scalable and innovative end-to-end applications to create exceptional products for our business.
Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript/C# programming languages.
Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture with strong attention to detail.
Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to implement solutions that extend shared platforms.
Applying software development life cycle principles and methodologies such as Agile and Kanban, to continuously improve our code and processes.
Writing code to meet our standards and to deliver functionality and enhancements.
Building features such as services and queries on existing tables to improve availability.
Implementing core data structures and algorithms through effective and robust coding.
Understanding of agile methodologies and SOLID principles.
The Skills Required
To be successful in this role of Software Engineer (Contract full-stack developer) you will:
Have experience developing web applications with technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, C#.
Proficient with design/architectural patterns.
Writing scalable code for software applications.
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
Reviewing and debugging software applications.
Front End (Angular/Typescript), Backend (C#, .NET, Azure).
Data Layer (CosmosDB/Azure SQL/Postgres), Cloud (Azure).
Programming languages - TypeScript/C#.
Development and maintenance of components, systems and their networks.
Analysing user needs to design and code.
Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
Designing, implementing and testing software, ensuring quality specifications are met. Also, Participating in design and code reviews
