Front End Software Engineer

Role Description:
Software Engineer with a strong background in delivering JavaScript React based WebService solutions. You will bring a depth of knowledge to deliver and integrate software to form a complete service experience across a wide variety of technologies and software designs while supporting agile delivery. Specifically, your technical knowledge should cover technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Openlayers, Leaflet, cloud services (Azure), Azure DEVOPS, GIT, GIT Flow and database design. Experience around Deployment, TDD, Debugging, Testing, Scaling and Monitoring micro-services, and scalable interconnected cloud networks is desired.
Experience:
Qualified to relevant degree level (or equivalent commercial experience) or
5+ years hands-on experience of delivering JavaScript, HTML and CSS based solutions into a Production environment.
Demonstrable skills in Cloud services (Azure)
Demonstratable skills in using OpenLayers Library
Very good track record in influencing key business & technical stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in problem resolution & selection of technical solutions & applications.
Experience in OAuth and OpenID Connect is desirable
Proven track record of working within an AGILE delivery team is desirable
Awareness of geospatial systems and technologies is desirable
Knowledge of the REACT Framework is Essential
