Senior Android Engineer
We are looking for a senior software engineer/Android engineer to join a one of the largest automotive brands in the world for a 8 month contract. The team you'll be joining builds products that revamp the automotive experience in a large scale global fleet of vehicles.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Android Development
- Strong Android Development with Android Studio, Kotlin, Java, Gradle/Hilt/Koin, Rx Java, Coroutines, Dagger 2.0, Espresso, Junit, Mock Frameworks, Android SDK
- Android Jetpack components
- Understanding of various clean architecture- MVVM, MVP
- Experience in craftsmanship techniques with TDD and Agile Methodologies
- Experience with software development tools, Backlog Management (CA Agile Central, Source Code Management (GIT), CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins, Concourse), code quality management tools like SonarQube
- Proven ability to work both individually and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and ability to think above and beyond baseline requirements
