Target & Analytics Consultant

Location: Remote/UK

Duration: 3 months Contract initially

Inside IR35 role

What you'll do:

• Be a Client's Consultant responsible for delivering value to clients through their deployment and use of Client's technology
• Build strong partnerships with clients, understand their business objectives and propose client's solutions that will accelerate client success
• Provide technical leadership to Client's PS delivery teams to delivery projects on time, on budget and on value
• Collaborate with other teams across the Client's eco system (eg, Professional Sales, Customer Success, Product development & engineering, etc.) to champion your clients' needs & success and in turn grow the Client's consulting business
• Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Client's digital experience technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study
• Contribute to Client's DIPA practices and share on the ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve the product capabilities

Consulting Skills:

• Experience in client facing roles
• Ability to gain trust with customers and guide them along the engagement towards success
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable interacting with and communicating for impact and change within all levels of an organization both internally and externally, including business and technical audience
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional way
• Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Be a team-player and support other roles in your environment
• Understand when to involve other team members to remove blockers
• Willingness to travel to work with clients as appropriate (could be up to 30%)
• Fluent in English essential, German and/or French speaker preferable

Technical Skills:

• Proven multi-year hands on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud:
  • Analytics Essential
  • Target Essential
  • Launch Desired
  • Audience Manager Bonus
• Proficient with web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, database management and APIs
• Knowledge of industry trends in the areas of data & insights, personalization, visitor identification & activation, tag management, privacy & consent management
• Knowledge of data science, Python Scripting language & experience with mobile platforms development is a plus
