We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Visual Designer for one of their Banking Sector Clients based with London (Hybrid).
- IR35 - This role is Inside IR35
Job Description:
- We are looking for a senior visual designer to join team for a 3 - 6-month engagement with a possible further extension.
- This is complex application with many micro-transactional elements.
Key Skills required:
- Experience of developing applications ie, something that uses tables and forms etc and not just designing for marketing type sites
- Able to generate visual design specs that convey enough information for a developer to implement
- Is willing to work on a project that is focused on developing a framework that reproduces consistently high-quality flexible layouts rather than pixel perfect screens
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to work with existing design patterns
- Understand how application design sits within a wider system
- Able to understand complex UX problems and pushed these during the VD process
- Able to use Sketch
- Experience of working in an environment with multiple stake holders, business and technical
- I'd like to also include micro-interactions
- An understanding of HTML useful
