DevOps Engineer-GCP
DevOps Engineer is responsible for creating quality software and data structures that meet the functional and non-functional project requirements in the implementation, enhancement, and support of digital marketing projects. This includes producing application code on-time, on-budget, and in compliance with company implementation standards & practices as well as general industry & platform-specific best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, recommend, implement, and maintain new solutions based on business needs Identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend changes to be implemented Perform system security assessments to ensure that data is safe from unauthorized access Review all customer data sources and conduct data mapping required for use cases for deeper data discovery Create necessary technical documentation, data models and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to review & sign-off. Utilise CDP to automate all customer schema data lake & profile design setups within each sandbox environment Configure within CDP all necessary identities & privacy settings Setup BI connections and coordinate with the BI developer for data exports Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions in the cloud for meeting complex business data requirements Extensive knowledge and experience working with Big Data platforms, Adobe Experience Platform or similar Customer Data Platforms Third normal form, star schema, Snowflake, etc. Experience with Datamodelling, table design, and mapping business needs to data structuresIn depth knowledge in one or more programming languages (eg Java, Python, R, PHP)
