Full Stack Developer - Front End, GDS, WCAG
Remote Working with occasional site visits (expensed). Main site locations are North West, West Midlands, London and South West.
Inside IR35 status. 3 months initially, extensions thereafter TBC - go live date 2023.

Job description
Government Digital Services (GDS) Front End development, working and integrating developments in line with User needs.
We need an experienced developer to work in our multi-functional team.
Candidates must have extensive experience in:
Node.js development
The Express.Js framework or similar
You will be:
Confident with associated technology (eg use of templates, GitHub, Nunjucks etc)
Confident in writing and defining appropriate code/project structures
Able to write reusable, testable, and efficient code
Implement/plan for automated testing platforms and unit tests
Understand the implementation of security and data protection methods
Used to Agile development
Experienced in Front/Back End development, especially from prototyping
Desired experience of:
Microsoft Azure (eg deployment to WebApps, containers, MS SQL database integration, Azure Active Directory integration)/Visual Studio/Azure DevOps
Be familiar or have experience with other programming languages and frameworks, including .Net
