Operations Analyst - Batch Scheduling - Coventry
This role requires 4 days on site in Coventry/week
Shift pattern - 07:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday, incl. Bank Holidays
Shift pattern - 4 days on- 4 days off- 4 nights on- 4 nights off
Operations Analyst required for a leading client based in Coventry. You will come on board where you will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers a great customer service and experience to its members and incorporate this in your daily work. An eye for detail along with a strong focus on quality and accuracy is key.
You will have a flexible approach to ensure Team and Business objectives can be achieved, have good resilience, and embrace situations positively.
Key responsibilities:
- Strong Operations analyst experience
- Solarwinds experience
- Batch Scheduling experience (Xi Batch) preferable
- In depth knowledge of business & system procedures and processes within their area.
- MS package, VISIO experience
- Disciplined and detailed approach to all areas of work.
- Demonstrable broad expertise in associated IT/Business processes, understanding wider connected downstream impacts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of using the Microsoft Office products to create and manage documentation, as well as use of ServiceNow as the primary Service Management tool.
- Korn Shell programming experience
- A working knowledge of various elements for Oracle
