Description
Contract .NET Developer - £300-£325 per day - Outside of IR35 - 5 months contract
.NET developer who has experience with C#, NET, SQL, required for a fully remote contract.
This assignment will sit outside of IR35.
Essential skills:
- ASP.NET, MVC, .NET framework, .NET Core
- C# with object-relational mapping, eg entity framework
- JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Proficient ability to develop and integrate API services using XML, REST and SOAP
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or another relational database
- Experience writing clean, secure, reusable, documented and well-tested code using source control (such as Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps)
- Experience working on projects using a range of traditional and agile methodologies
- Experience understanding requirements and developing software to meet user needs
Desirable skills:
- Proficient understanding of building and deploying projects (using a tool like Jenkins or Azure DevOps)
- Proficient awareness of current digital trends and developments within local government
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary collaborative team to gather, test and document requirements
- Experience developing with content management systems and website analytics tools
- Experience integrating common local authority Back Office systems
- Experience providing technical advice about common and emerging technology
