SmartGuide turns every phone into a personal travel guide thus turning tourists into explorers.

What created for hotels, Uber for taxis and YouTube for videos, SmartGuide is building for travel guides. The global B2B2C platform allows destinations, attractions and historic sites to digitize their stories and replace old guidebooks with a popular app, with minimal time and budget. Using audio, geolocation and augmented reality, the SmartGuide app guides travellers like a live tour guide and tells engaging stories. The SmartGuide app has won numerous awards, covering nearly 600 destinations worldwide and guiding more than 500,000 travelers in four years.

We are looking for a new team member to help with new customer acquisition and support the sales team. If you have a business mind and are not afraid of new challenges, come join us to change the future of travel.

You will:

You communicate with potential clients by email and phone, explain what SmartGuide offers and arrange appointments for senior salespeople
You search for suitable leads for SmartGuide according to specified criteria
You work with a modern CRM tool, taking care of the quality of the database and records
After training, you can conduct meetings on your own
You help with large projects, organising events and preparing materials
You are a great match if you:

Full of charisma, energy and passion
Native German language
Communication level of English
Have self-confidence and don’t give up easily. Sales means hearing 100 times no before you hear yes.
Are organized, effective, focused on closing the deal
