Job Description:
Industrial Automation- PLC and SCADA
· Working experience with Programmable Controllers, PLC/ HMI Programming
· SCADA development, SQL Server programming
· Troubleshooting of PLC programs
· Sound knowledge of 3 or more PLC languages - Ladder Diagram, Sequential Function Charts, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, Instruction List
· Create / edit Electrical and / or Hardware drawings
· Experience in PLC software on Allen Bradley / Siemens / Omron / ABB / Mitsubishi / Schneider
· Minimum 6 year experience in Commissioning and Maintenance
· Integration experience of different PLC’s and SCADA software
· Experience with PTC Kepware will be a plus
· Design, prepare BoM, Electrical design, carry out Testing and FAT
· Familiar with PLC drawings, MCC (control Panels), AutoCAD and E-Plan Electrical Knowledge
· Working knowledge on interfaces (Profibus, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, Ethernet, Profinet, etc.)
· Experience with AC/DC drives, SCADA systems
Kepware(OPC) Server
· Hands on experience in Kepware server installation and configuration
· Hands on experience in OPC interfacing with PLC and MES/SCADA
· Hands on experience in Interfaces and Connectivity
· Must have knowledge on OPC protocols like OPC DA/UA, HAD
· Must have knowledge on Kepware Datalogger
· Should have knowledge on Kepware licensing
· Should have knowledge on the Kepware Add-Ins
· Must have hands on experience in trouble shooting, event log checking,
· Must have experience in Project creation to point configurations
· Must be aware of the different PLC connections
· Must have experience in different communication protocols- Serial, ethenert, Profinet, Serial communication, Modbus etc industrial protocols
· Should have knowledge on the different types of scaling used in OPC.
· Must be aware of the different types of tags
· Knowledge on dcom settings.
· Knowledge on IoT/MQTT IoT Publisher will be added advantage
General IT server/Os Knowledge
· Basic understanding of data center technologies, such as SAN, LAN / WAN networks
· Basic knowledge on Windows os/platform
· Creating network design and architecture after getting requirements and discuss with Clients
