Job Description:
Minimum 2 end to end SD implementation experience.
ü Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting SD and CS modules and interface.
ü Provide expertise in SAP SD, CS, OTC (Order To Cash), Master Data Management, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Sales Process, and Master data experience work with business process owners/ logistics team in SAP.
ü Experience in business process designs including Transportation Zones, Routing, Inbound-Outbound, Returns & Repair Warehouse Logistics, Delivery & Transportation Freight Forwarder Integration, Including Tracing and Tracking and Freight Payment, Trade Compliance and Reporting.
ü Taking lead of the SD team in providing support for SAP SD Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA.
ü Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
ü Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly.
ü Working closely with different teams (eg: Basis, Abap, MM, SD) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
ü Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application.
ü Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and AMS team.
ü Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation.
ü Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test.
ü Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support.
ü Update system documentation and training documents/user manual.
ü Provide training to users.
ü Periodically review AMS team’s performance and identify improvement areas.
ü Team member coaching and performance improvement planning.
ü Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
ü Inhouse Repair
ü Serialization in Repair business (SAP standard serialization specific logic in Service Orders, Deliveries and LM01)
ü Handling of broken and reworked materials with multiple Material Master records (no split valuation available)
ü Exchange Pool process (SD Repair process based, send reworked replacement part, afterwards repair customer property and put back to own (Exchange Pool) stock)
ü Preplanning of contractual overhauls via Planned Independent Requirements (Automatically created/ updated by own solution based on quantity contracts, Service Products and GTLs)
ü Customer stock tracking ("E" special stock is moved between warehouse and PSAs) • Service Order scheduling
ü Consider intensive material handling with related needs to MRP, WM, Shop Floor management, etc.
ü Field Service (in ERP backend and SAP FSM cloud solution)
ü Support creation and deletion of technicians • Test new SAP FSM releases incl. new Android and iOS apps
Education- MBA/Engineering.
Experience - 5+ years
Mandatory Skill- Supporting EDIs from functional point of view.
