Role: Software Developer (12 months contract)

Location: Gloucester

Rate: experience dependent (Inside IR35)

Looking for SC Cleared developers with a variety of experience to join an organisation with huge project breadth in the UK secure gov markets. Due to the highly sensitive nature of the projects, you MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE TO START.

You will get the opportunity to work end to end on mission critical products that have a tangible benefit to the UK. The opportunities to upskill here are numerous; applicants who desire to continue improving their skills, and want to operate right on the cutting edge will be an excellent fit. Your ability to understand client needs and build relationships will be important so you can ensure efficient, excellent, and accurate delivery on projects.

Such are the breadth of projects available, a whole range of languages/technologies are being considered for this position. A willingness to learn, adaptability, and an understanding of broad front + Back End process are important.


  • Proficient in a variety of languages to operate across the full stack (JavaScript, Java, C , Python, C#)
  • Experience of cloud native development including serverless application development approaches using one of more Serverless Framework (AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Firebase, Azure Functions)
  • Understanding of continuous Integration/Devops experience
  • A willingness to learn, and take advantage of the upskilling provided
