Scala Developer

Whitehall Resources are looking for multiple Scala Developers to work with a key client who has offices across the UK. The client is working remotely, however, has mentioned that on site presence would be required throughout the duration of the contract.

You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella company if successful in this role.

Job Description:

Experience required:
- Experience of Cloud based infrastructure is desirable, along with an understanding of application security principles, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- As a well-rounded Agile developer, we expect adaptability plus general skills in problem solving, business analysis, quality assurance, application design and architecture to compliment your Scala development specialism.
- In an Agile environment communication is key and therefore we expect professionalism, good communication skills and approachable team members.

Technical Experience required:

Ideal candidates will have strong technical competence in:
- Scala
- Play
- Unit testing and integration testing
