My client is currently looking for a Junior Linux Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Linux systems, be comfortable working in a Linux environment and have a strong understanding of networking and security principles.If you have a passion for learning new technologies and a desire to stay on top of current trends in the industry then this is the perfect role for you. This position requires a proactive approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Junior Linux Engineer, your primary responsibility will be:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Monitor system performance and security
- Create scripts to automate system tasks
Who are you:
- 1+ years of experience working with Linux
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Knowledge of system security best practices
