Project Goal and Tasks:
- The task is to redesign and implementation (from scratch) of a corporate and collaborative platform for a specific Institution of Angola’s Government and discontinue the current informative website. The future portal is to be developed on the LIFERAY Platform community version
The portal is intended to:
1) Offer citizens, taxpayers and economic operators a new multichannel experience with this Institution;
2) Enable all services and applications’ communication with each other;
3) Ensure and promote transparency, availability and access to information and public services 24/7.
The specific objectives of the Portal to be conceived are the following:
1) Enable services and products’ online availability
2) Allow dynamic interaction between this Institution and public and private entities;
3) Promote the dissemination of information, inside and outside the country;
4) Provide a single view of this Institution’s processes, which will allow the best decisions based on
consistent information;
5) Enable all services and applications’ communication with each other, regarding actions to other
supervised institutions.
They are looking for 2 Senior LIFERAY Developers with proven development experience on LIFERAY platform (frontend and backend) community version, using user-centered methodologies such as Design Thinking, to collect information from the various stakeholders, analyze it and define the needed tasks;
Spoken Language: English, Portuguese (nice to have)
