Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a User Researcher Designer, with the NHS on an inside IR35 contract on a fully remote basis.
The key skills required for this User Researcher Designer role are:
- Able to develop a good understanding of the users to set up help inform early decisions
- Ensure we are designing what people need based on real user feedback and not just designers' and clients' assumptions
- Save time on development as time and resources are focused on building the right services and products
- Ensure products and services are inclusive to all type of users, regardless their age, race, location or accessibility needs
- Help teams to scope out projects and plan the roadmap
- Foster collaboration by involving both design and development teams as well as stakeholders
