DevOps Engineer - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer - SC Cleared. This role is remote working, with occasional travel to Manchester, but the client may be flexible. This is an initial 1 month contract with likely extension once client contract is extended.

You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role.

Skills:

- Working within an agile context with the use of CI/CD
- Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
- Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability

Must have/Requirements centering around base technology:

- AWS
- Linux administration
- Docker
- Hashicorp stack (Terraform, Consul, Vault, etc)
- Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Helm
- Jenkins - Groovy
- ELK
- Kubernetes
- Grafana
- Prometheus

Nice to have technologies and experience:

- Nginx
- IPv4 Networking
- Software engineering (C/C++/Java/Python/Go/Rust/Node)
- Test automation
- Relational and non-relation data technologies
