The Group Digital Capabilities ensures the bank's competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
Our non-technical people maintain the maturity of the IT project delivery with appropriate controls in line with the group's risk appetite and reducing development and running costs.
Qualifications
You have a proven track record of successful hands-on experiences in the area of advanced analytics. Education in data science without previous practical hands-on experience will not be accepted.
You are proficient in Python. Knowledge of Scala, Spark and/or R is a plus.
You are proficient in relational database querying (SQL) or in data collection and transformation (ETL).
You master analytical techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, mathematical optimization, network analytics
You are at ease with visualization tools like Power BI.
You have experience with command line tools (UNIX) and version control tools like GIT.
You know the Hadoop ecosystem (knowledge of the Cloudera distribution of Hadoop will be a plus).
You have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good customer relationship skills to present the results of a use case to different audiences (from end users up to division management). You are able to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
You have experience implementing advanced analytics solutions into a well-controlled production environment.
You are able to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box.
You are self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude.
You have excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to details.
You have a past experience in agile development methodologies and make sure that the deliverables contribute to the final product.
You stay abreast of new tools and technologies to practice up-to-date data analytic strategies.
In addition
Master's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field, combined with strong IT skills.
3+ years of experience in advanced data analytics.
3+ years of experience in Python.
