Description
What you will be doing
- Work within an Agile delivery team to design and deliver technology solutions to meet Business requirements
- Manage the delivery of product changes including deployments, integrations and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical Product issues
- Work with third party providers to deliver business value
The skills and experience you will have
- Working under Agile software delivery methodologies and using Agile delivery tools like Jira
- Coding experience (eg Java, JavaScript, Python, CSS)
- Delivering API integrations
- Ability to develop and operate reliable, well-designed, well-tested systems
- SaaS Product Configuration experience (eg Jira)
- Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Experience with IT Service Management best practice - an understanding of ITIL practices.
