Job description: Perform the Rolling Stock Maintenance Scheduling function (Mineral, Cargo and Passenger)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Schedule Rolling Stock Maintenance activities
Follow Maintenance Plans.
Assessment of Rolling Stock maintenance regimes, operational issues, continuous performance improvement etc
Prepare Rolling Stock Maintenance tasks based on OEM documentation
Operate the computerized Maintenance Management System within the companies Oracle ERP System
Report on Materials and Spare Parts requirements.
Duties
The Maintenance Schedulers provide critical support to the Rolling Stock Maintenance Managers and their Workshop staff.
Review Rolling Stock Maintenance and planning documentation of new rolling stock under procurement and support the Procurement functions.
Provide input to the companies Maintenance procedures in keeping with best practice and as advised by peers and engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma or equivalent degree.
EXPERIENCE
3 years relevant experience
2 Years Railway experience will be an advantage.
Primavera Planner; MS Projects; Maintenance Management Information Systems such as Maximo, Oracle, SAP
